Laid back, no pressure shopping here! Breath of fresh air, as I completely expected to be hounded like GNC or other... stores. They have a great selection of anything from oils, nuts, cbd, vitamins, nut butters, and any gym supplements you could think of. The have a lot of Level 1, Bowmar, Optimum Nutrition, Now, and Bucked up products. Nice clearance shelf and basket tower of samples for 50 cents each. Also sell shaker bottles. There's a great menu for protein smoothies with things like collagen etc that you can add to your order. Really enjoyed it here. You need to visit if you are into fitness and/or your health. Nice staff.read more

Hands down by far the best supplement and nutrition store I've ever been to in my entire life! He truly cares about his... customers. I have been going here now for a couple years and I won't go anywhere else. I would recommend to everyone there is a spot in Monroe as well as Freeportread more

My favorite place for a smoothie, they are all so yummy and the best part is they are healthy so no guilt! The other... menu items are awesome as well with good portion size and the price can not be beat for a healthy fulfilling meal. I purchase supplements here as well and the staff is always so friendly and helpful. I like to ask questions and they answer the questions and point me in the right direction to achieve the results I’m looking for. I really appreciate a business like this in our community!!read more

Had my first visit here a month or so ago. Chris, answered all of my 101 questions and proved himself very... knowledgeable. I didn’t feel he upselled me on any products, he was very honest and straight forward, which I appreciated very much. I tried a smoothie and it was delicious! Monroe is lucky to have such a place.
