Usually good service from this restaurant but I was highly disappointed last night when I opened the box for my chicken... strip basket to find my toast burnt, almost charred. I didn't eat it because that is just disgusting. Why would they serve very burnt toast? Just throw it out and make me fresh toast! Only giving them 3 stars because they are usually good, last night was different however...EDIT: I realized that one experience from however many months ago shouldn't affect how I think about one restaurant that I have loved for so many years. I went inside to eat today with my brother for the first time since everything shut down in 2020 and was met with a feeling of overwhelming happiness. Everyone that works here is so kind and always trying so hard to keep the place looking good and running smoothly. The place has such an incredibly calming vibe, especially when you are eating some of the most delicious food your mouth could ever touch. Coming from a fellow fast food employee, I must say Dairy Queen does an amazing job and holds a special place in my heart.read more

Went through drive thru got a flame burger combo no cheese or lettuce and 2 for five chili dogs, was a 8 minute wait no... one in line. Got home cheese on my burger, fries ice cold, and cheese on my chili dogs and I was charged full price for each not 2 for 5 like I ordered. Called to file a complaint with them and they proceeded to hang up on me. Suffice to say I am extremely upset and will never go eat there again and will also tell my friends to do the same.read more

Ordered a burger, NO CHEESE, I clarified 3 times, no cheese. Still had cheese. Flies everywhere!!! Floors were sticky... which made my shoes stick to the floor. I don't think they have mopped the floor in a while. Probably won't be coming back to this location. Not very clean.read more

The drive thru took forever. When i got to the window after 45 minutes the guy said they had turned off their headset... "accidently". Watched 5 cars leave before they started taking orders. Terrible service. Acted like we were bothering them being there.read more

there was a bag of extensions infested in my particular meal one large burger with a dairy special touched lightly... fried an upside down blizzard which ended up on my car ceiling because I wanted to see how long i could finish the blizzard while upside down little did I know they did not give me my lemonade and however for these actions i’m uncontrollably FURIOUS at this predicament do.better.read more

Ordered Crispy Chicken Sandwich, large rootbeer, cheese curds.Chicken was like it was an old chicken wing could not... eat it threw it out. Was half way home when I try to eat it. Curds and rootbeer ok.Will not support or purchase another order from this. DQ.read more
