WHERE WE COME FROM.
In 1958, two brothers borrowed $600 from their mom to open a pizza place in Wichita, Kansas. They named it Pizza Hut, because their sign only had room for eight letters. How profound!
Soon, the restaurant grew. Why? The pizza was awesome. The service felt like home. And the customers were treated like family.
And we’ve been delivering that same food and service ever since.

This place should probably be shut down. They took away the buffet and their dine in service was horrible anyways. Four... people working. The waitress only came over once and it was to ask us if we were done. They give you picante sauce for the taco pizza not salsa. Ever since Gary became the manager or owner this place has gone down hill. I've had bad service with delivery involving him a few times. Times have definitely changed.read more

Used the drive up today and got the chicken Alfredo. Paid and gave a nice tip. Got my food home and to my surprise... there was no lid on it and all the cheese had dripped out into the box. Okay no biggy except there was only 1 piece of chicken in my meal. 1! Not happy!read more

Pizza hut Monroe, WI...it was my girl 3rd bday so I ordered pizza for the kids + teachers for their lunch... everyone... are excited even the kids on her class told me they loved their pizza.thank u for delivering the right time,I was worried (at first/what if they missed the time cause i ordered a day before the delivery date..but it came the right time & all kids did not go hungry...again thank you very much & big thanks to the manager for making sure my order went thru...got issues when I paid my bill...read more

I had an order of double breadsticks. I can not even tell begin to tell you my shock when they were two entirely... different colors. One very white and fluffy. The other a dark golden brown. The seasoning was also very scarce on both. The pizza itself was also very scarce in terms of sauce. It was the equivalent of eating cheesy bread with sauce only at the crust. I was throughly disappointed in the lack of quality for both parts of my order.read more

Well on a Friday night, I expect it to be busy and everyone I observed was doing an excellent job working together,... communicating well, and making great pizza. I miss the experience of eating at the restaurant instead of having to take my pizza home a few miles in the cold weather and put it in a warmed oven to keep it warm to eat. Open up the restaurant to in person eating would be ideal.read more

My taco pizza was missing the toppings. I know they were super busy and was not upset with the mistake. However, when I... called the store to tell them of what happened I am very upset how I was treated. I offered to leave my name and number to have them call me back, but was told I will get a manager and get the problem resolved. After 49min on hold the same lady picked back up and I told her I was still holding for a manager where she then proceeded to hang up on me. Like I said I know they were super busy, and was not upset over the pizza but merely how I was after I called to inform them of the mistake.read more

I was our of town and went the back roads to Monroe ti get to Leisure lanes and couldn't remember a couple of the back... roads that my son took me on.So good thing for Google maps.They made it easierto get to the hwy and to my destination to watch my mom and the ladies bowl. 👍😇read more

Placed an order online, delivery time 25-35 minutes. At 6:14 get a message the order is "out for delivery", 6:35 order... has not arrived. We give the store a call, employee refused to offer any kind of compensation other than "I'm sorry". Apparently there was no manager working either! The Monroe WI location does an excellent job. I get take out and live 12 miles away, when you open the box it is just... like opening the oven seeing something baked just right. The orders are correct and the timing is always accurate. The food is flavorful and of high quality.read more

If I could give zero stars I would! We ordered two pizzas, an order of wings and an order of breadsticks tonight at... 4:30pm for delivery. At roughly 5:10pm our order got delivered only to be missing the breadsticks and our one pizza was so burnt we couldn't eat it. I called and was told it would be remade and sent out. 10 minutes later the driver shows up with just the COLD breadsticks, no pizza and no dipping sauce. I wait thinking the pizza and fresh breadsticks would still be on the way. At 6:15 when still no pizza or breadsticks, I call. I'm told there was a mix up and were never put in for a remake! It is now almost 2 hours after I originally ordered and I still don't have half my order. I'm told a credit will be put on my account and the would be put in right away and set as priority. Should be there in 25 minutes they told me. Now, an hour later, still nothing! I'm heading down there in person to see what the hell is up! We will never order from here again!read more

Manager did not take responsibility ~ first words "I didn't take your order or your call when you arrived". Maybe try "is there a problem?
