The challenges created by the COVID-19 Pandemic extend to Farmers Markets too. The Mainstreet Monroe Farmers Market team has been working hard to come up with a plan to open for the 2020 season.
Mainstreet Monroe Farmers Market announced on Friday that they will be opening for the 2020 Outdoor Farmers Market on Saturday, May 16th. There will be a change in location. The Mainstreet Monroe Farmers Market will be held in the Monroe Arts Center (MAC) parking lot on 13th Avenue between 10th and 1th Street.
The market will only be operating on Saturday mornings from 8am to 1pm with produce, meat, canned goods, and egg vendors only. Missing will be the craft vendors.
